Can 1Key see my passwords?
No. Your vault is encrypted on your phone and only your master password opens it.
What happens if I forget my master password?
Use your recovery key, or Face ID on a phone where you turned it on. Without them nobody can open the vault, so keep your recovery key safe.
How do I move 1Key to a new phone?
Turn on cloud backup, then sign in on the new phone with the same account and master password.
How does sharing work?
Open an item, tap Share and enter their email. They can view it once they accept, and you can remove them at any time.
Can I import my data or take it with me?
Yes. Import and export CSV or JSON at any time. Exported files are not encrypted, so keep them safe.
